Cancellation & Refund Policy

130-Day Free Trial (No Financial Risk)

We believe in complete transparency. Every new business workspace registered on Corona Fi Lite receives an unconditional 30-Day Free Trial with unrestricted access to all enterprise features:

• Unlimited GST Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, and Purchase Orders.
• Customer ledger accounting and automatic PDF tax receipts.
• Operating expense tracking, category breakdown, and team user invites.
• No credit card or banking e-Mandate is required to activate the trial period.

We strongly encourage merchants to thoroughly test all features during this 30-day period before purchasing a paid monthly or yearly plan.

2Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal e-Mandates

Following the trial, subscribers may select between:

Payments are securely authorized via Razorpay using UPI Autopay, Debit Card, or Credit Card e-Mandates in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) recurring payment regulations.

4Subscription Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel your auto-recurring subscription at any time with immediate effect. To cancel:

1. Log in to your Corona Fi Lite account and navigate to Settings → Subscription & Billing.
2. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
3. Confirm the cancellation in the prompt dialog.

5Refund Processing Timelines & Method

Once your refund request is verified and approved:

• The refund is initiated immediately through Razorpay back to your original payment instrument (UPI VPA, Bank Account, Debit Card, or Credit Card).
• The refunded amount typically reflects in your bank account or card balance within 5 to 7 banking business days, subject to standard bank clearing cycles.
• A digital refund credit note / confirmation receipt is automatically dispatched to your registered email address.

6Exceptions & Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Refund claims submitted after the expiration of the 7-day money-back guarantee window.
• Accounts terminated due to material violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (such as issuing fraudulent tax invoices, circular trading, tax evasion, or cyber attacks).
• Partial-month usage or mid-cycle prorated refunds beyond the 7-day guarantee period (service remains active until period end instead).
